1. Customer Cancellations
30+ Days Before Departure: Full refund.
15 to 29 Days Before Departure: 50% refund.
8 to 14 Days Before Departure:
25% refund.Within 7 Days of Departure: Strictly Non-refundable (including no-shows or late arrivals).
2. Organizer Cancellations & Force Majeure
A full refund will automatically be issued if the cancellation is due to:
Natural Disasters/Severe Weather: Conditions that make the tour physically impossible or fundamentally unsafe.
Organizer Circumstances: Unforeseen circumstances directly caused by
'Taylor Mayfair Club'.Note: We are not liable for any incidental expenses you may have incurred as a result of your booking (e.g., visas, non-refundable flights) in the event of a cancellation.
3. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method via our secure global payment system.

in 14business days for the funds to appear, depending on your financial institution.Any discrepancies due to currency exchange rate fluctuations applied by your bank are not refundable by

1. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These policies and any disputes arising from your booking shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom/London. Any legal actions must be brought exclusively in the courts located in London/City of Westminster.
